Dr. Bailey specializes in Functional and Regenerative Medicine, Anti-Aging, Aesthetics, Chiropractic, Naturopathic and IV Nutrition.
Using the experience he has learned through the years from Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Pain Management, Dr. Bailey treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints, nerve complaints, gut issues, migraines, autoimmune issues, thyroid/ hasimoto’s, chronic pain, neuropathy, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue etc.
Dr. Bailey was born and raised in Washington. He grew up on a fruit farm of grapes, pears and apples and later worked on and operated several other farms. After high school, he continued his education at Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Zoology (Health Care) and a goalkeeper on the soccer team.
Then he moved to Portland, OR to attend chiropractic school at Western States Chiropractic College. He met his wife, Karen (who was from Lewiston), completed his second Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic.
In 1996, he opened Lewiston Family Chiropractic in the Lewiston Orchards. Chiropractic Health Care is Dr. Bailey’s passion. He enjoys the opportunity to work on patients of all age groups, young and old, and treating the many different symptoms, complaints and injuries that present to the clinic. He enjoys meeting new people and helping optimize their health through chiropractic care. Dr. Bailey has spent many hours volunteering for different groups, organizations and functions in the LC Valley and spent 5 years on the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians board.
To better serve his patients, Dr. Bailey continued his education earning a degree as a Naturopathic Doctor. In 2007, Dr. Bailey was selected for a pilot program which allowed chiropractors the opportunity to continue their schooling and receive a Bachelors of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degrees. In 2011, Dr. Bailey graduated from Samford University as Family Nurse Practitioner fulling a dream to have degrees in both the Complimentary/ Alternative Holistic and Allopathic Medical healthcare fields.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Kurt has had many great experiences to work in Primary Care at Niimpuu Health, Minor Care and ER at TriState Memorial Hospital and Pain Management with Interventional Pain Consultants.
Although Dr. Bailey values his education and has focused on that for several years, he enjoys other things as well. First and foremost his family – He has a beautiful wife, Karen and two children, Kaysha and Kyden.
